It makes an Earth Friendly product because it is a natural and renewable resource.

Coco Peat is excellent at water retention and its fibrous structure is great for aeration for the roots.

Coco Peat is made from coconut coir which is the coarse fibers from the husk on the outer shell of a coconut. Once considered useless, coir is increasingly used as a growing medium by commercial greenhouse operations. Because of its superior water holding capacity, soil aeration and drainage properties, coir is useful in modern hydroponics and as a soil amendment for potted plants, containers and gardens. Coir is superior to peat moss and rockwool for structural stability, water absorption and drainage. It will not decompose as quickly, lasting longer in your soil. Coir is also naturally resistant to disease pathogens.

Coco Delite Coco Peat bricks are compressed and easy to store. They can be ready for use just by soaking in water.
